Terms of Service

Last updated 30 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-30

Reality ASM is in public beta. Things will change, some features may break, and we may reset beta data if we have to (we'll warn you first whenever we can).

1. Who we are

Reality ASM ("the Service") is made by Plazmonix AI ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us about your use of the website, the simulation engine and everything you can reach after signing in. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

3. What the simulations are, and aren't

The engine computes results from published physical models, numerical methods and public data. Models simplify reality: a flight is flown in a plane, atmospheres are static, some vehicle and satellite figures are rounded public numbers. Results are for learning, exploration and early estimates.

Don't rely on Reality ASM for anything where an error could hurt people or property, such as real mission design, flight operations, engineering sign-off, medical, chemical-safety or financial decisions. Check anything important against primary sources and qualified people.

4. The AI analyst

The AI analyst writes explanations with a large language model and calls the engine for numbers. Language models can misread a question or explain something wrongly even when the numbers underneath are right. Treat its answers as a starting point. What you type into it is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Your content

Your designs, flights, saved runs, company and satellite names, photos and questions are yours. You give us the permission we need to store them, process them to run the Service, and show them back to you. We don't sell your content and we don't publish it. If we ever add sharing, it will be something you switch on.

6. Our software and content

The Service, the engine, its code, design and our text and graphics belong to Plazmonix AI or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them through the Service while these terms apply. Third-party material such as planet textures, star catalogues and imagery remains under its own licence and credit.

7. Fair use

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't attack the Service, don't try to copy or extract the engine, don't scrape it or overload it, and don't use it to hurt anyone. We rate-limit heavy use so the Service stays fast for everyone.

8. Price

The beta is free. If we introduce paid plans later, we'll tell you in advance and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.

9. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or remove features, and we may update these terms. For material changes to the terms we'll notify you by email or in the app before they apply. We don't promise the Service will always be available or free of errors.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; it removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or others at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to export your data.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (during the free beta, that is zero). Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to us and give us 30 days to try to sort it out. If that fails, the courts of India have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
