Cookie Policy

Reality ASM uses as little browser storage as it can. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there's nothing to opt out of.
Cookies
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| rasm_session | Keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary. HttpOnly, so page scripts can't read it. | 30 days, or until you close the browser if you untick "Keep me signed in" |
| rasm_oauth | Protects the "Continue with Google" sign-in from forgery. Only set while you sign in with Google. | 10 minutes |
Local storage
The app also keeps a few settings in your browser's local storage so they survive a reload: that you've seen the cookie notice, your own engine and satellite designs in the Space Program, and small hand-offs between pages (for example the date to launch on when you jump from the Solar System to the Space Program). They never leave your device unless you save something to your history.
Managing them
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser's settings. If you remove rasm_session you'll be signed out.
